RESERVATION POLICY
All reservations are subject to availability and can only be guaranteed after a deposit has been made and confirmed.

Reservations can be made either by submitting the reservation form from our web site or by phone and/or fax.

Reservations will be confirmed once a deposit of at least the amount for one night of the anticipated stay has been established.

Payment can be made at any Mexican bank. A copy of the receipt , either by fax or e-mail, will be required and will serve as confirmation of your reservation.

 Cancellations or changes to your reservation.

1) Any changes to a reservation must be negotiated directly with the Posada Don Mario.
2) Should a guest fail to arrive either on the appointed or subsequent days then any deposit will be forfeited.
3) Any changes to or cancellations of a reservation must be made at least 5 days before  the date of reservation .
    Only on  these conditions is Posada Don Mario liable to refund  a deposit.
