INTERNAL REGULATIONS POSADA DON MARIO

LEGAL REGIME. These Internal Regulations oblige both Posada Don Mario, domiciled at Calle de Cosijopi 219, col. Centro, CP 68000, Oaxaca, Oaxaca, as well as the guests who contract their services.

The Posada-Guest service relations will be governed by the Mercantile and Civil legislation, the Federal Tourism Law, the Regulations of the Tourism Law of the State of Oaxaca and the NOM-010-TUR-2001.


REGISTRATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF THE GUEST.

Any person staying at this establishment is required to register in advance and personally at the reception, otherwise access will be denied. Likewise, you must show official identification with a valid photograph, both your own and that of the people who will be occupying the room. When the guests are a group previously contracted, your representative will fill out the registration sheet or provide in advance a list of guests who meet the aforementioned requirements.


LODGING TIME.

The guest will specify the number of days he will be staying. The time of entry (check-in) is set at 1:00 p.m., and the time to check out (check-out) and vacate the room is set at 11:00 a.m. each day, with 60 tolerance minutes without any additional charge. If the guest stays longer than established, his account will automatically be charged one more day of stay. The foregoing in accordance with the provisions of NOM-010-TUR·2001. If you wish to extend your departure date, we ask you to notify reception.


OBLIGATIONS OF THE GUEST PAYMENT WITH RATE.

The hosting service must be paid in full at check-in. The lodging service rate is authorized by the Ministry of Tourism, which we show on our website as rack rates. The guest who vacates the room after 12 noon on the day of departure. established in the previous article, the payment of the price of the lodging corresponding to another day is obliged. The lack of payment by the guest when required for this purpose causes the termination of the lodging service and the person in charge of the establishment may use the public force to demand and carry out the vacating of the room, being able to retain the luggage as a guarantee. . The inn is not responsible for services that are provided by third parties, other than those related to lodging services, in the service itself and in the price, such as: Tours, transportation, hot air balloon trips, bicycles for rent, classes , taxi service, parking, spa, laundry, etc.


OTHER OBLIGATIONS OF THE GUEST.

Guests are prohibited from:

a) Make annoying noises, cause altercations, any act that disturbs or bothers other guests.

b) Use the rooms for games of chance prohibited by law or hold meetings that have the purpose of disturbing public order or disobeying the laws or regulations in force.

c) Use the electrical current and mechanical equipment installed in your room for purposes other than those for which they are intended.

d) Deteriorate the furniture, decoration or property of the inn, giving them an improper destination for their service;

e) No person has the right to give accommodation to another without the prior consent of the management, in any case the corresponding procedures must be carried out for their registration and the payment of the respective accommodation fee,

f) Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms, if you smoke inside the room you must cover a fee of $500.00 for deep cleaning of the room,

g) The illegal use of toxic drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances is prohibited. This infraction will be reported immediately to the security forces and bodies, and

h) Execute any act that causes damage or harm to the hotel or other guests, or is contrary to decorum or social behavior. The company reserves the right to terminate the lodging service, when the indicated prohibitions are violated, without the guest causing them having the right to any reduction in their debt for the lodging and service received, being also obliged to pay or compensation for the damages or losses caused by their actions.


ROOM CLEANING.

The cleaning of rooms will be carried out in the morning from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Clients who do not make their rooms available during those hours will not have their room cleaned.


DAMAGE, THEFT, DIRT, LOSS OF KEYS.

In case of damaging, dirtying the building or the furniture, as well as losing the keys, it is the deceased who pays for the damage caused. In the case of whites, the cost of cleaning for stains greater than normal use will be 200 pesos. Payments of this type are made by means of and in cash (in the case of groups, the representative will be responsible for the payment). Theft, theft or intentional damage will be reported immediately to the police.


The hotel is not responsible for the losses that the guest may suffer in money and valuables not deposited in the safe that exists for this purpose at the reception. Objects or valuables forgotten by a guest in the room will remain in the custody of the hotel administration for a term of 30 days, after this period and there is no claim, they will be discarded.


PET ACCESS.

The Posada will accept the entry of pets, said entry will be subject to an extra payment per pet and to the acceptance of the regulations for the admission of pets.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE POSADA.

The inn that gives obliged to respect the reservations made by guests duly confirmed and paid before their arrival at the inn. The inn, in accordance with NOM-07-TUR-2002, is required to have an insurance policy only during the guest's stay from check-in time (1:00 p.m.) to check-out time (11:00 a.m.). hours). There may be no discrimination for reasons of sex, political belief, nationality or social condition. The establishment must have in view of the guests in each room of the inn, the internal regulations authorized by the Ministry of Tourism.


When leaving a room, please check everything, since the inn is not responsible for forgotten objects. The hotel disclaims any obligation, responsibility after its established checkout time with the guest.

Failure to comply with these Internal Lodging Regulations by the guest will be grounds for termination of the lodging contract, without legal liability for the company.
